00 — Overview

The Short Version

We collect only what we need to respond to an inquiry. We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or share information with third parties beyond what is required to operate this site. Full details below.

This Privacy Policy describes how Veyro Creative ("we", "us", or "our") handles personal information collected through www.veyrocreative.com. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.

01 — Data Collection

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and limited technical data your browser sends automatically.

  • Contact form submissions — When you submit an inquiry we collect the first name, last name, business email address, current website URL (optional), budget range (optional), and a description of the project.
  • Email correspondence — If you email us directly, we retain that correspondence.
  • Server logs — Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, referring URLs, and page requests as part of standard web server operation.

We do not use analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics), advertising pixels, or session-recording tools. We do not collect payment information directly — any future payment processing will be handled by a third-party processor with its own privacy policy.

02 — Data Use

How We Use It

Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to:

  • Respond to the inquiry — We use the name and email provided to send the free technical brief requested and to follow up on the project.
  • Understand the project scope — The website URL, budget, and problem description help us prepare a relevant, specific response.
  • Improve our service — Aggregate, anonymised patterns in enquiries help us understand what problems businesses commonly face.

We will never use contact details to add anyone to a marketing mailing list, sell leads to third parties, or make contact about anything unrelated to the inquiry without explicit consent.

03 — Third Parties

Third-Party Services

This site uses a small number of third-party services:

  • Vercel — Our hosting provider. Vercel processes server-side request logs, including IP addresses, in accordance with their Vercel Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts — We load typefaces (Barlow, IBM Plex Mono) from Google's font CDN. When your browser fetches these fonts, Google receives your IP address and browser user-agent. Google's use of this data is governed by their Google Privacy Policy.

We do not embed third-party advertising scripts, social media widgets, or tracking pixels of any kind.

04 — Cookies

Cookies & Local Storage

This site does not set any tracking or analytics cookies.

We use localStorage (a browser-side storage mechanism, not a cookie) to remember your dark-mode preference across visits. This data never leaves your browser and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Vercel may set a technical session cookie as part of normal CDN and edge-network operation. This cookie contains no personally identifiable information and is not used for tracking.

05 — Retention

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship — typically no longer than two years after the last meaningful contact. Email correspondence is retained in our email inbox until manually deleted.

Server logs maintained by Vercel are subject to Vercel's own retention policies.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us (see Section 07).

06 — Your Rights

Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion — Request that we delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Objection — Object to certain uses of your data.
  • Portability — Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Residents of the European Economic Area have these rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Residents of California have similar rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
